About Us

This vision was birthed from 2 brothers: The chef extraordinaire, Ernest Zanders and his wife Karen Mikell who sold bbq as a peddler across Columbia from their car, and Milton Zanders, the management guru. Joining forces -- TRUE BBQ was born.
